€€€ ・ Modern Cuisine
Next to the emblematic La Lonja del Pescado building, which today serves as an exhibition hall, this restaurant offers a cuisine based on a highly natural traditional base, with pure flavours and no dressing up, as here they always highlight local seasonal produce (many raw ingredients come from their own vegetable garden, called Terramón and located some 9 miles away). The Mediterranean-inspired proposal takes shape through three menus: Alicante, Monastrell and a more gastronomic one named after the chef herself, María José San Román. From the terrace you can enjoy pleasant views of the marina!
