Part of the Bulbiza (Bulevar de Ibiza) gastronomic project, Bistronómika offers a traditional “No Carta” menu featuring touches of contemporary detail. The specialities here are the top-quality fish and seafood (the catch is displayed here every day to whet our appetite) cooked with minimum intervention, mainly on the open grill. Make sure you try the Gilda kebab-style appetiser, prepared with red tuna from the Mediterranean.
