La Carboná occupies an old sherry bodega with high wooden ceilings in which the sense of space, welcoming interior design and location in the centre of town come as a pleasant surprise. The à la carte has a contemporary feel but with a firm basis in tradition and is complemented by two interesting tasting menus: Lola Carboná (a homage to the legendary flamenco singer-dancer Lola Flores) and Un Sólo Palo “Amontillado”. Local sherries feature prominently and are included as a wine pairing option with both menus.
