There is a delicacy and lightness to the dishes, which take the time-honored traditions of Korean cuisine and update them without compromising on familiar flavors and textures. From crisp red mullet to tender char-grilled Hanwoo bulgogi, the kitchen never feels the need to overcomplicate and just concentrates on clean, crisp flavors. The dining room is comfortable, and the service team are a delight.
