The majority of the staff employed in this social inclusion project, from the kitchen to the front-of-house, is neurodivergent; they are managed by a seasoned duo. In a minimalist, contemporary setting, you can dip into a well-crafted modern menu: carpaccio of squid, Soissons beans and piccalilli sauce; Atlantic cod, creamy sweetcorn and leeks rolled in bacon; Grand Marnier soufflé with a runny heart of citrus fruit and bloody orange sorbet.
