Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking

British chef Simon Scott worked his way from London to Provence, before setting up shop here in the Tarn département. The vivid red façade leads diners into a vibrant and cosy pop-inspired decor. This eclectic chef and master craftsman works exclusively with good-quality (local) ingredients, in a bid to serve his guests precise, colourful and tasty dishes, such as just-seared bluefin tuna, flame-burnt aubergine caviar, quinoa with three vegetables and shellfish broth with Middle Eastern spices. This Bistrot des Saveurs is certainly aptly named!
