Navigating between France and Japan, chef Naomi Ogaki trained in Alsace and Provence, under the tutelage of Antoine Westermann and Christian Étienne respectively. In his lovely bistro complete with a long counter, he serves high-quality traditional French cuisine that draws on influences of Alsace in autumn and winter, and of the South of France in spring and summer. House classics include pâté en croûte, game, spaetzle, home-made boudin, fish aioli – not to mention some first-rate classic desserts.
