Chef Sarah Mainguy, who made a name for herself on French TV's Top Chef, has set up shop with her partner in this bistro in Nantes. In a cool, laid-back atmosphere where a good mood is de rigueur, they serve a bistronomy menu that changes every week. Featuring dishes such as cockles, nori gel and a smoked potato emulsion; sausage in brioche, Béarnaise sauce and herb salad; roast apple, ginger biscuit, tamarind caramel and cream whipped with cider, it is enough to bring a smile to the face of any foodie.
