MICHELIN Guide's Point Of View
An almost futuristic spin on the fine dining experience! Using the online ticket system, you choose one of the set menus – "Red Dimensions" with fish and meat, or the vegetarian-vegan "Green Dimensions" – and your drink accompaniments in advance. Those who want extras can choose both menus in the variants "Exclusive Dinner", "Champagne Dinner" or "Sommelier Dinner". During the 2hr "Eatrenalin Experience", you are guided through different themed worlds and rooms on ultra-modern "floating chairs" and treated to corresponding appetisers and dishes in each space. This is an ambitious take on modern and creative cuisine that draws on international as well as classical influences. The evening is clearly structured and seamlessly organised, starting in the lounge and ending in the bar with music courtesy of a DJ, champagne and cocktails.
