The food is in keeping with the modern setting, with a thoughtfully compiled menu featuring creative dishes based on classic recipes. Ambitious, precisely crafted and visually very appealing, these are prepared in a small glass-fronted kitchen – diners in the four counter seats are guaranteed some fascinating insights. In addition to the à la carte selection, there are two set menus. At lunchtime, the options are somewhat simpler and more limited. A fantastic initiative: In collaboration with a local vocational training centre (Berufsbildungswerk Waiblingen) , they run a garden project on Schmidberger Feld, embracing a farm-to-table approach.
