From the wines sourced across Mexico to a tasting menu inspired by regional mercados, it's a celebration of all things Mexican. The cooking is on point, and à la carte offerings are equally tempting. Begin with a salad of Xochimilco chinampas squash flower with black bean puree. Entrees include a jocoque-filled plantain mollete served over a bed of mole or tender lamb birria with an onion and cilantro foam. Prickly pear sorbet, presented inside the fruit, is a refreshing closer.
