The location in the MedienHafen (Media Harbour) is remarkable in its own right: the restaurant occupies a minimalist glass cube hovering over the water, accessible via a bridge. The dedicated owners are a husband-and-wife team, who some might know from the restaurants Fritz's Frau Franzi and Pink Pepper. Ramona Kriegel heads up the friendly and professional service team while Benjamin Kriegel prepares a modern set menu comprising five to seven courses.
