The restaurant serves delicate cuisine inspired by Provence and the Mediterranean: line-caught pike-perch, courgette flower and ricotta, shellfish jus; Costières de Nîmes pigeon cooked whole, corn with black garlic and Albufera sauce. All washed down with wines from the estate.
