Not far from the Parc des Princes, this chic place has been taken over by the team at the helm of Disciples (at no 136 on the same boulevard). The vibe is modern and understated and the cuisine focuses on seafood: fish soup with rouille, translucent sea bream with finger lime, fabulous whole fish to share (dictated by the catch). Alternatives include a handful of meat dishes (free-range chicken supreme, crispy veal sweetbreads) and a seasonal vegetable risotto.
