In an ambience fostered by dim lighting and a soundtrack of electronic music, the dishes of chef Christophe Girardot (previously at Paradoxe in Cenon) come together beautifully, a case in point being his melt-in-the-mouth veal chuck, herb gnocchi and full-bodied meat jus.
