Changed up daily, the no-choice lunch menu immediately piques your interest and also represents good value for money. As for the appealing à la carte menu, it includes a tantalising array of Provençal and Monegasque classics: "Jacques Maximin salad Niçoise", purple artichokes à la barigoule, aioli, stuffed squid braised Niçoise-style. Each dish is prepared using fresh ingredients and with real expertise. Relaxed "bistro chic" decor.
