Upon entering this grand property near the marina, you have to decide between taking the stairs on the left to the lounge bar, or those on the right to the restaurant. The cocktail list is definitely worth exploring, but we would nonetheless encourage you to immerse yourself in the refined Asian-inspired ambience of the restaurant. The cuisines of France and the Far East are fused with a sure touch. The dim sum are fantastic, particularly the soft steamed dumplings stuffed with pork and prawn, served with a trout roe vinaigrette. The crispy pork belly, with plum sauce for umami nuances, is also tempting. With such a wide-ranging menu, diners are spoilt for choice!
