Right at the foot of the famous Streif ski piste, just a stone's throw from the Hahnenkamm cable car, you will find this business run by siblings Martin Huber and Andrea Posch. Now this is how you imagine a modern inn! Lots of wood and stone lend the place a rustic charm, yet the overall decor is stylish. The regionally inspired dishes include home-grown vegetables. If you like it spicy, you'll love their kimchi, fermented in-house! Or perhaps a dish from the chef's childhood? Take, for example, daumnidei (Austrian gnocchi) with sauerkraut browned in butter and apple compote, or spinach dumplings with brown butter and mountain cheese. Tip: cosy après-ski area at the end of the ski run. Car park directly in front of the building (for a charge; free with a minimum spend at the Wirtshaus).
