The committed hosts put their heart and soul into running this place. Sonja and Harald Pollak have been at the helm of Rezbacherhof for over 15 years. They cook up traditional Weinviertel dishes, such as venison lights, root vegetables, Serviettenknödel (bread dumplings) or Freiland-Wildhendl – breaded fried chicken, breast and deboned leg, potato and green salad. A classic Austrian Sunday roast is also still served here. At lunchtime the appealing dish of the day changes regularly. There is a good wine selection, including by the glass. The team led by Sonja Pollak provide warm and attentive service. In short, a welcoming establishment where you can mingle with the locals.
