This modern restaurant run by Paul Wieder has a pleasingly effortless and laid-back vibe that does not detract from the stylish ambience. The à la carte selection proposed at both lunch- and dinnertime features very classic fare, such as "braised knuckle of organic lamb, herb polenta, pickled carrots, Mumbai curry". Opt for the fine dining set menu (evenings only) for refined and more modern dishes – for instance, Mühlbach salmon trout, wasabi, organic egg yolk, quince. What they all have in common is their full-bodied flavours. Attentive service.
