At this restaurant, the name of which means "vine shoot", a pair of chefs work in tandem to cook up honest, unpretentious cuisine. The ingredients and produce – particularly the vegetables – retain all their flavour and remain true to themselves, in dishes such as roast beetroot with beef tataki and a hint of garlic. The desserts, too, are meticulously made, a case in point being the amandine-style pear with green cardamom and yuzu. The menu-carte features mouthwatering dishes!
