In this small yet welcoming restaurant with a contemporary feel, which has developed as an offshoot of its original incarnation in Palermo, they are happy to boast that they offer Italian cooking with a Sicilian soul. In general, much of the focus here is on the cuisine of Italy, adapting traditional recipes and flavours to a more modern perspective, both on the à la carte and tasting menu. Don’t leave without trying the Oziamisu, a tiramisu that is prepared in front of you at your table.
