In a listed building dating from 1928, Marcello Gallotti provides charming service with astute recommendations from a well-curated wine list featuring a superb selection of organic and biodynamic labels to accompany his ambitious Italian/Mediterranean cuisine. Both set menus, "Terra e Mare" and "Flora e Prato", are available in vegetarian versions. You can also order the dishes à la carte. The pasta is a must – the spaghettoni alla carbonara could not be more authentic. There is also a short oyster menu. The terrace overlooking the garden with its mature trees is delightful! Adjoining delicatessen shop. The Osteria is open here in winter, and the wine bar on the roof terrace is open Thu-Sat in summer. A commitment to sustainability underpins their work, and the restaurant is certified organic.
