As well as a highly enjoyable dining experience, Maza boasts a relaxing and welcoming setting, where the combination of wood and soft tones is clearly evident as soon as you walk through the door – a decor embellished by the beautiful cherry tree. The cuisine here is based around classic Japanese fare with a modern and personalised touch, including some Korean dishes. The different types of menus on offer include a seven-course option called Shinrai (served exclusively at table), the Omakase (only available at the bar counter), an à la carte. Exquisite dishes include karasumi, ussuzukuri, Wagyu tataki, “shake butter”, as well as sushi, sashimi, temaki. An impressive choice of sakes and cocktails completes the picture.
