The regional and seasonal cuisine is prepared with sustainability in mind. It's all about sharing here; tapas-style dishes are placed in the middle of the table for everyone to dig into – mix and match vegetarian, meat and fish options as you see fit. Perhaps you will be tempted by arancini stuffed with burrata and mushrooms, or samosa with locally hunted venison, sweetcorn and mint lassi. Be sure to try the wonderful spelt flatbread with one of the delicious dips! In keeping with the dining concept, dessert comes in the form of sweet tapas, such as salted caramel crème brûlée.
