Shiki translates as "four seasons" and, indeed, this tastefully elegant fine dining restaurant takes its cue from the seasons. Using top-quality produce, the kitchen team seamlessly combines classic and Austrian influences with techniques and ingredients from Japanese cuisine to create bold and intriguing dishes. A seven-course set menu is served on Thu, Fri and Sat evenings, as well as on Fri afternoons. The central location is also fantastic, with the State Opera practically around the corner.
