With its street art-inspired decor and laid-back atmosphere, this restaurant couldn't be more hip. The quirky and creative self-taught chef fuses French culinary tradition with Indonesian influences. His wonderfully hot and spicy hot-and-cold rendang is a signature dish. But he just as deftly elevates sea bass fillet with grated Belper Knolle cheese and a rich jus seasoned with tom kha kai herbs.
