Hotel de Sterrenberg's restaurant draws on its natural surroundings. The interior is sleek yet warm, combining lots of wood with concrete, and a large wooden stag's head that draws the eye. The chef believes in sourcing his produce locally, using local suppliers such as Gert van Eldik and the Veluwe asparagus farm. Diners are served a surprise menu composed of intricate and beautifully presented dishes.
