"I raise goats and chickens myself, in my kitchen we cook with whole regional organic grazing cattle and pigs kept in pens with plenty of straw, the organic vegetables are grown only 3km away and I also grow some produce myself. Constant personal contact with the producers. Energy is saved wherever possible."
