MICHELIN Guide's Point Of View

One Star: High quality cooking

A truly charming find, this small, personally managed restaurant in central Eimsbüttel has a cosy atmosphere and a sleek, modern aesthetic. Marcel Görke, no stranger to Hamburg's culinary scene, serves up creative seasonal cuisine made from regional ingredients. The three- to six-course vegetarian set menu can be "upgraded" with an additional course – sometimes fish, sometimes meat. The dishes are bursting with intense flavours, a case in point being the vegetable sauce accompanying the potato mille-feuille – its rich and full-bodied character is truly impressive. In summer, there is a small terrace on the pavement. N.B. Parking is a little tricky here, but Lutterothstraße underground station is only a 3min walk away.

Gastronomy & Sustainability

MICHELIN Green Star

"Our menu is determined by nature and the changing seasons. Local ingredients come practically straight from the farm to our tables, from organic farms in the Hamburg area and small suppliers! Our menu is almost entirely vegetarian, but can also be expanded to include a fish dish."
