Where the old Ochsen inn once stood, the new OX'n stands today with its eye-catching modern design – all the glass gives the place an airy feel and a pleasing sense of transparency. The overall atmosphere is trendy yet inviting. In good weather, the terrace beckons. Friendly service. A surprise menu is served Wed-Sat evenings, and there is an additional à la carte selection Wed-Thu. At lunchtime, a simplified version of the evening surprise menu is available. Alternatively, you could opt for the set menu that changes every week, or something from the à la carte selection. Featuring ingredients sourced from local producers, this is flavoursome seasonal cuisine. The Entlebuch trout with asparagus and beurre blanc is a must-try.
