From the house-made hot sauce to the carrot bread, thoughtful details are everywhere. Scallop “salad” features three perfectly seared scallops set with farm bacon and a fried egg. The strawberry and crème ice cream cake’s four bright pink layers are not only beautiful, but delicious.
