In his charming restaurant, nestled in the historical Asam Schlössl of 1687 just outside the city centre, Irish-born Shane McMahon expertly weaves his personal touch into delicious Bavarian cuisine. The menu features hearty classics such as roast pork with cracklings and dark beer jus, as well as modern dishes such as barbecued octopus with spicy ox muzzle salad, and steaks done on the Big Green Egg or the "Schlössl Sharing Brettl" (an assortment of snacks for sharing).
