Since 1926, the Scola family, now in the fourth generation, have offered guests a friendly welcome here, serving cuisine that is a delight for the tastebuds. In the warm dining room, where the wooden floor and exposed beams hint at the building’s history, guests enjoy traditional local dishes that have been reinterpreted with a modern twist, such as spaghetti with grapefruit, purple prawns and sea lettuce – an explosion of flavours!
