步骤 1:
Choose firm tofu. You can buy it in Ranch 99 or Safeway.
步骤 2:
Slice tofu into pieces as similar size as possible. Then put half teaspoon salt onto sliced tofu evenly for 10 mins. ( During this time, you can prepare other ingredients. )
步骤 3:
Heat pot ,put into some oil and 1/4 teaspoon salt, then put tofu one by one. Stir fry tofu by big fire. (# Shake the pot sometimes in case that tofu sticks to the pot.)
步骤 4:
After stir fry for 4 mins, turn over them using flat spatula and also stir fry for other 4mins. (# Shake the pot sometimes in case that tofu sticks to the pot.)
步骤 5:
Put your ingredients into pot. Then put into four teaspoon soy sauce, some dry red chili pepper, one teaspoon garlic powder, one teaspoon mushroom flavor and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
步骤 6:
Stir fry them evenly. Turn your fire into medium for 3 mins, if dry, put 3 teaspoon water into them.
步骤 7:
Here we go! That's my stir-fried tofu! It's easy for you to cook now!!
Suggestions:
1# Be cautious with salt , don't put too much at the beginning. If it tastes light at the end, put some soy sauce or a little salt.
2# You can choose some ingredients you like and cook easily.
3# If you can't bear red chili pepper, exchange it to red pepper or green pepper as well.
